Who We Are
Twin Lakes Therapy is a clinician‑owned practice built around professionalism, respect, and the belief that experienced therapists do their best work when they have the right environment and the right support. We offer a calm, well‑designed office, reliable systems, and a straightforward structure that lets you focus on your clients without unnecessary meetings or administrative pressure.
We’re building a small team of fully licensed clinicians who value independence but also appreciate having a stable, organized clinic behind them. You bring your clinical expertise. We provide the space, systems, and support that make private practice sustainable.
What We Offer
- A streamlined EHR and billing system
- Credentialing support
- A steady flow of referrals
- A fully furnished office in Eden Prairie
- Administrative support that keeps your workload manageable
- Optional business coaching is available for clinicians who want to strengthen the practice side of private practice, including those building a co‑occurring specialty.
- You choose your caseload and clinical focus. COD work is available but never required.
How We Work
Twin Lakes Therapy is designed for clinicians who want independence without feeling disconnected. You set your schedule, choose your caseload, and shape your clinical work. We handle the operational side so you can focus on therapy.
You’re welcome to maintain outside work if you choose. Our structure supports clinicians who want flexibility while still being part of a professional, well‑run practice.
Compensation
Our split structure is simple and competitive:
- 1–15 clients per week: 70% split
- 15+ clients per week: 75% split
Dually licensed clinicians (LPCC/LADC or LICSW/LADC) are eligible for an annual bonus that recognizes the added value of co‑occurring expertise. The bonus is based on overall contribution to the practice and the proportion of COD work in their caseload.
For HP and UCare clients billed under our shared contract, the split applies to the net revenue received after the supervising entity’s contractual portion is deducted.
There are no hidden fees and no required meetings. You choose the caseload that fits your life
Our Direction
Twin Lakes Therapy is growing in a steady, intentional way. We’re building a practice that supports clinicians at every stage of their career, including those who want to deepen their clinical work, expand a specialty, or strengthen the business side of private practice.
As we grow, there will be opportunities for clinicians who enjoy mentorship or leadership, but participation is always optional. You can focus solely on your clinical work or take on more if it fits your goals

A Note From Jason
Twin Lakes Therapy was built to be a grounded, supportive place for clinicians to do meaningful work without unnecessary barriers or bureaucracy. My goal is to create a practice where therapists feel trusted, respected, and equipped to build the kind of career they want—whether that means focusing on clinical work, developing a specialty, or growing into leadership over time.
If this sounds like the kind of environment you’re looking for, I’d be glad to connect.
